Sometimes customers don’t notice that their product comes with a free trial to one of our subscription programs that eventually bills them after the trial expires. We don’t want customers billed for subscription programs for which they didn’t realize they signed up, so please do not hesitate to contact us if this happens. As per our refund policy, we will refund you up to sixty days of subscription payments right away.
